SERVICE AREA PRICING TIERS
Transportation & Diagnostic Fee
The fee is based on equipment type and service tier and is applied toward approved repairs. Use the exact service address to select the correct county, city, or community tier.
Priority Scheduling: Additional $60 when available. Priority does not guarantee same-day service.
Same-Day Scheduling: Additional $100 when availability is confirmed.
TIER 1 – LOCAL SERVICE AREA
Small Equipment: $100
Large Equipment: $100
Coverage: Clayton County — Forest Park, Jonesboro, Lake City, Lovejoy, Morrow, Riverdale, Bonanza, Irondale, Rex, and surrounding unincorporated areas.
TIER 2 – NEARBY SERVICE AREA
Small Equipment: $100
Large Equipment: $140
Coverage: Conley under Clayton County; Fayette County; Henry County, including Ellenwood; Rockdale County; Spalding County; and the South Fulton area, including College Park.
TIER 3 – EXTENDED METRO AREA
Small Equipment: $140

Coverage: Butts County; Coweta County, including Palmetto; DeKalb County; Newton County; Pike County; and the North Fulton area.
TIER 4 – GREATER METRO AREA
